Delete your account
You can request deletion of your OneWay account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@oneway.is from the email address associated with your OneWay account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my OneWay account.
- Include the OneWay username, business name, or phone number associated with the account so we can verify the request.
What deletion covers
Account profile data, business profile data, and app-managed contact or messaging records associated with your account will be deleted or de-identified where required. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or transaction history.
