How you opt in
OneWay users voluntarily provide their phone number during account setup or profile/contact setup. Users also opt in when enabling messaging features, requesting support, or choosing to receive service-related communication alerts.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive OneWay SMS messages for verification, account alerts, service notifications, support, and user-initiated communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent requirements
OneWay users must have permission before sending SMS messages to another person or business. OneWay does not permit unsolicited marketing, purchased contact lists, spam, phishing, deceptive messages, harassment, or illegal content.
How you opt out
- Reply STOP to opt out.

Opt-out requests are honored for the applicable OneWay messaging program.
